D´Oliveiras
A light amber colour with a lovely scented bouquet of almonds, wet earth, fudge and lemon peel. What is most surprising, knowing how difficult it is to produce a younger, drier Madeira with substance, is firstly the dryness but secondly the rather complex flavour. The acidity is also present and the choice of Tinta Negra Mole proves to offer a rounder flavour than Sercial at this age.
